after writing a bad review, felt needed to set record straight as on complaining to salon, got complimentary colour re-done very much to my satisfaction. issues were dealt with very professionally and i’d definitely go back again!

level of service

had colour and cut in origin and was very unimpressed by level of service. staff were less than cordial and consultation before colouring woefully inadequate, the colourist did not return to check my hair colour, nobody enquired if I was happy with the colour (which I wasn’t) I was too harried to complain but would not fancy a return visit for correction. not worth the money

Hair colour

I had my hair highlighted by their colourist Bernadette and it’s fantastic! A very pleasant place, friendly staff and a perfect cup of coffee in the garden while the colour took. Highly recommended!
